Grill dry or marinated; either way, these are the ultimate steak eater's steaks. Blade steaks are small, tender, and boneless. Packaged in 1-2 pound cuts and priced by the pound.

Every cut of meat from River Rock Farm comes from their steers, raised in pastures, not feedlots, without the use of artificial growth hormones or feed additives. All meat is USDA inspected and is aged for 14-28 days for maximum taste and tenderness.
