We get our beef from River Rock Farm and Austin Brothers Farm.
River Rock Farm is a small family farm in Brimfield that pasture-raises steers without hormones or feed additives. The meat is dry-aged to improve taste and tenderness.
Austin Brother’s Valley Farm in Belchertown was founded more than 130 years ago by the Austin family. Their cattle are raised naturally on green pasture, fed hay, silage and fresh water and are grain finished for 120 days for marbling and flavor. No hormones or feed additives are used. Austin Brothers beef is USDA inspected and dry aged for 14-21 days for tenderness and taste.
